PSCO training designed for the zoological and horticultural industries

Motivating employees, team management, and tools and information helping to find the right plants, are the topics of lectures organised by the Polish Association of Garden Centres.

The participants of the training will learn how to build employees' motivation, both from a personal and team perspective, and what factors influence their attitude. The lectures will also provide knowledge on the principles of managing a small task group, an adaptation of theoretical models of management and will explain the consequences of the fundamental errors in management.
